Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026
- Develop and validate future scenarios using quantitative modeling and qualitative research
- Design strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market adaptation
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops integrating foresight into R&D and business strategy
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, keynote presentations, and industry reports
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Monitor KPIs for future-readiness and recommend agile pivots
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Proficiency with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi methods, causal layered analysis)
