Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, economic, and social trends to forecast industry shifts through 2026 and beyond
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations into business ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Produce scenario-planning frameworks for stakeholders across finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to pioneer future-focused research initiatives
- Communicate complex future insights through compelling narratives and data visualizations for executive audiences
- Mentor innovation teams in applying foresight methodologies to product development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI ethics, neurotech, climate tech, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Exceptional skills in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend synthesis
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and influencing organizational strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or thought leadership publications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi technique, etc.)
