Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable product roadmaps
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and key stakeholders quarterly
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technology paradigms
- Advise on ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Strong communication ability to articulate complex futuristic concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major media outlets
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
