Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026 technology adoption curves across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive innovations with 3-5 year market impact
- Architect strategic roadmaps for enterprise transformation in the post-quantum landscape
- Facilitate executive workshops on emerging tech risk assessment and opportunity valuation
- Establish industry partnerships with leading research institutions and government agencies
- Produce annual '2026 State of the Future' reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related quantitative field
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight or emerging tech strategy
- Proven track record of developing predictive models for complex systems
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI development, synthetic biology
- Certification in Futures Research Methodology (e.g., from World Future Society)
- Published research in peer-reviewed futures or technology journals
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience working with C-suite executives on transformational initiatives
