Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and validate disruptive trends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and human-computer interaction
- Develop 5-10 year strategic scenarios and innovation pipelines aligned with organizational objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product development and market positioning
- Establish quantitative/qualitative frameworks for trend impact assessment and risk mitigation
- Produce executive-ready trend reports and strategic briefings for board-level decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic thought leaders
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic innovation projects
