- Advocate for regulatory frameworks in neural augmentation and climate tech
- Author white papers on decentralized AI governance and space economy commercialization
- Mentor junior researchers in speculative design and exponential thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent with 7+ years in strategic foresight
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals on technology forecasting or innovation ecosystems
- Expertise in horizon scanning and Delphi methodology for emerging tech assessment
- Proficiency in Python/R for predictive analytics and trend visualization
- Track record of influencing policy or commercial adoption of forward-looking tech
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
