Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technology trends, societal shifts, and market disruptions through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI integration, quantum computing adoption, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare for future workforce and economic paradigm shifts
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track organizational progress against 2026 milestones
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology roadmapping
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence points
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation initiatives
- Published author or speaker at global innovation conferences (e.g., CES, Web Summit)
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
