- Author quarterly trend briefings for executive stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget allocation
- Represent company at Davos and World Economic Forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi, SWOT-X)
- Experience with AI governance frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Track record of scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Certification in Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) implementation
