- Develop and validate 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging tech domains
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on 2026 market landscapes
- Design and prototype next-generation human-machine interfaces for future workplaces
- Establish KPIs for tracking exponential technology adoption curves
- Publish thought leadership on disruptive trends in peer-reviewed journals
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets for experimental R&D initiatives
- Coordinate with UN Sustainable Development Goals task forces
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy consulting or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in systems thinking and exponential technology analysis
- Published research in foresight methodology or emerging tech
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, etc.)
- Strong network with global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, etc.)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (ACF or similar preferred)
