Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Develop 2026+ strategic scenarios and roadmaps for product innovation and market entry
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable initiatives
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify market opportunities and risks for emerging technologies
- Author quarterly 'Future State' reports for investor and stakeholder communications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, system dynamics modeling, and trend impact analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, CFP) strongly preferred
