Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technology adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Design and implement predictive market analysis frameworks
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor junior futurists and build future-focused capabilities across the organization
- Author thought leadership publications on long-term technology trends
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (AI/ML, AR/VR, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Exceptional presentation skills with C-suite experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting preferred
