Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market trends through 2026
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis
- Produce scenario-based roadmaps for quantum computing integration and climate tech adoption
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into development lifecycles
- Author thought leadership publications on next-gen industry transformations
- Manage an innovation portfolio with $5M+ annual R&D allocation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech roles
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Strong data visualization and predictive modeling skills
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and boards
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP) highly valued
