Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework through trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and presentations for executive stakeholders and investors
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and marketing teams to integrate future insights into innovation pipelines
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and industry disruptors
- Design and implement early-warning systems for disruptive market shifts
- Present future scenarios to board members and guide long-term capital allocation decisions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning methodologies, and horizon scanning tools
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Certification in strategic foresight or futures studies (e.g., CFIP) highly desirable
