Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic design of AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making and quantum-ready scalability.
- Technical Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical roadmap for upcoming releases, focusing on Generative AI, NLP, and predictive analytics.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- R&D Integration: Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate cutting-edge research into production-ready environments.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish governance frameworks for AI ethics and data privacy to ensure responsible innovation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling strategies for C-suite executives and investors.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the AI or High-Performance Computing sectors.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt systems to the evolving landscape of 2026.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex, systemic architectural challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of leading high-stakes presentations.
