Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap aligned with business objectives and market trends.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) to determine strategic fit for the organization.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate long-term vision into quarterly execution plans.
- Monitor global market shifts and geopolitical factors affecting long-term business planning.
- Drive innovation initiatives that ensure the company remains agile and competitive through 2026 and beyond.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of future strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Management Consulting, or Executive Leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale organizational transformations.
- Deep understanding of emerging technology trends and their potential business applications.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear strategic directives.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex concepts to C-level stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
