Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical strategy with business goals.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems capable of handling next-gen data loads.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge Computing.
- Collaborate with product management to translate long-term vision into technical specifications.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern, cloud-native architectures.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and establish best practices for future scalability.
- Identify potential technical bottlenecks and risks in the 2026 transition plan.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, System Architecture, or DevOps.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformations in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration and data governance principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
