- Implement quantum-secure communication protocols (QKD, quantum repeaters)
- Architect cryogenic control systems supporting room-temperature quantum processors
- Create quantum-safe migration strategies for legacy IT infrastructure
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for NISQ-era hardware constraints
- Establish quantum error correction standards for industrial-scale deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware (superconducting, photonic, trapped ion)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and frameworks
