Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems using superconducting qubits and photonic networks
- Design quantum error correction protocols for 1000+ qubit processors
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for commercial applications
- Lead integration of quantum accelerators into high-performance computing clusters
- Drive research in topological qubit stabilization and quantum annealing optimization
- Establish quantum security standards post-quantum cryptographic transitions
- Mentor quantum software engineers on algorithmic optimization techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature/Science/Physical Review X)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and Q# programming languages
- Proficiency with quantum simulation frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Quil)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Experience with cryogenic quantum system integration and calibration
- Track record of commercializing quantum technologies
- Strong background in quantum information theory and quantum Shannon theory
