Responsibilities
- Architect quantum computing systems optimized for 2026-era industrial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant security protocols
- Design error-corrected quantum processors with 1000+ qubit stability
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise integration
- Partner with academic institutions to accelerate quantum algorithm research
- Create roadmaps for quantum computing adoption in logistics and pharmaceuticals
- Present quantum architecture blueprints to C-suite executives and government agencies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant system design
- Proven track record of leading quantum hardware or software projects
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, QAOA)
- Experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Security clearance preferred for government contract work
