Responsibilities
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems for 2026-era applications
- Design hybrid quantum-classical interfaces for real-world deployment
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, engineers, and AI specialists
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for commercial viability
- Establish security frameworks for quantum-encrypted communications
- Partner with government agencies on quantum infrastructure standards
- Patent breakthrough quantum algorithms and methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum algorithm implementation
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topology
- Expertise in cryogenic quantum system integration
- Security clearance (or eligibility for TS/SCI clearance)
- Track record of scaling quantum systems beyond 50 qubits
