Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum error correction protocols for 2026-era quantum processors
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures
- Research and integrate emerging qubit technologies (topological, photonic, neutral atom)
- Develop quantum software frameworks optimized for fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with security teams to design quantum-resistant encryption standards
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Mentor quantum engineering talent through our innovation incubator program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction or qubit stability
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and assembly using Qiskit/Cirq frameworks
- Proven track record of scaling quantum systems beyond 1000 qubits
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Certification in quantum security (e.g., Quantum Security Professional)
- Experience securing venture funding for quantum initiatives
- Portfolio of deployed quantum solutions in production environments
