Responsibilities
- Architect quantum computing solutions for enterprise clients in finance, healthcare, and AI sectors
- Lead R&D initiatives for quantum error correction and qubit stabilization technologies
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Develop quantum algorithms targeting real-world commercial applications by 2026

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction protocols and fault-tolerant design
- Published research in quantum computing or equivalent industry contributions
- Strong background in superconducting qubits or ion trap systems
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams
