Qualifications

- 5+ years building production quantum systems or simulators
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor, Grover, VQE)
- Proficiency in QASM, Qiskit, or Cirq frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation
- Published papers at IEEE Quantum Week or similar venues
- Experience with cryogenic quantum processor integration
