Responsibilities
- Architect quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for enterprise-scale implementations
- Lead research initiatives in error correction and quantum supremacy
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize algorithm performance on quantum processors
- Translate complex quantum concepts into actionable business solutions
- Present findings at international quantum computing conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to open-source quantum libraries
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience designing quantum algorithms (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar)
- Published research in quantum complexity theory or quantum information
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket)
- Proven ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
