Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum neural networks for next-gen AI applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant security protocols
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Secure $5M+ in research grants from DARPA and NSF
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum machine learning
- Translate theoretical models into scalable production systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum algorithms (Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum circuit optimization
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proven track record of securing competitive research grants
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters and HPC frameworks
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and information theory
