Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech project leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record delivering $1M+ AI/quantum projects
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies with PMP certification
- Published research in Nature, IEEE, or comparable journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder alignment
