Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing human-centered innovation frameworks
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging market disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation portfolio with $5M+ annual prototyping budget
- Develop KPIs for measuring long-term strategic impact
- Partner with academic institutions and industry think tanks
- Champion sustainable innovation practices across all initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products/services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Futurism
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation initiatives
- Strong background in ethical technology governance frameworks
