Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end innovation lifecycle from ideation to market launch for 2026-era technologies
- Spearhead strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and NASA research labs
- Develop patent roadmaps for quantum-resistant cryptography and neural interface systems
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams of AI researchers, hardware engineers, and futurists
- Secure $50M+ in innovation grants from NSF, DARPA, and private foundations
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or sustainable technology
- Track record of scaling tech startups to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in federated learning, neuromorphic chips, or carbon-negative tech
- Active security clearance (Top Secret/SBI preferred)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
