Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026-era innovation roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging market opportunities and disruption vectors
- Design scalable prototypes for next-generation human-machine collaboration systems
- Analyze global tech trends to inform strategic R&D investments and patent portfolios
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous and AI-driven solutions
- Mentor junior innovators in future-focused methodologies and speculative design thinking
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite stakeholders and external innovation partners
Qualifications
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Certification in futures methodology (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Trend Analysis)
- Strong background in ethical AI development and responsible innovation frameworks
- Experience with agile prototyping in regulated industries (healthcare/finance preferred)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD/MSc in Computer Science, Bioengineering, or Innovation Management)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercially deployed future-tech initiatives
