Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological convergence points

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 5-10 year market transformation potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor next-generation innovation specialists in emerging domains
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or future-tech leadership roles
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech fusion, etc.)
- PhD or equivalent in relevant field with published future-tech research
- Experience securing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Deep network within global innovation ecosystems
- Ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable strategies
