Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap for immersive ecosystems

- Conduct horizon-scanning research across emerging tech domains (neurotech, quantum interfaces, AI symbiosis)
- Partner with venture capital firms to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Develop strategic frameworks for ethical technology deployment in 2026+ landscapes
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Innovation, Futures Studies, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic tech roles with demonstrable impact on product roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AR/VR, quantum computing, neurotech)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $50M+ market impact
- Deep understanding of human-computer interaction and behavioral psychology
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
