- Develop and implement 2026 technology innovation roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead quantum/AI integration projects for next-gen product ecosystems
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype breakthrough solutions with 3-year commercialization horizons
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology) for strategic opportunities
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget across 15+ pilot projects
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology forecasting leadership
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AI/ML, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations with 3+ year impact
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight
- Experience scaling innovation labs to enterprise-level operations
- Portfolio of patented technologies or industry-disrupting projects
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and executive domains
