Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 product roadmaps using predictive analytics and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive concepts
- Conduct market research for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Develop intellectual property portfolios and innovation frameworks
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in product innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Expertise in futures thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong portfolio of launched innovative products/services
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and Design Thinking
- Experience with patent strategy and IP development
- Deep knowledge of 2026 tech landscape (AI, biotech, quantum)
