Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in rapid prototyping and validation of futuristic concepts
- Anticipate technological disruptions and market shifts through horizon scanning
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation hubs
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal thought leadership
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our FutureBuilder program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum systems, AGI governance, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
- PhD or equivalent in STEM field with post-doc research experience
- Proficiency in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
