Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough solutions with measurable ROI
- Analyze emerging tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with long-term business strategy
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles from ideation to commercialization

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
