Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and disruptive technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough solutions for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and Silicon Valley labs to pioneer next-gen R&D
- Analyze global tech policy implications and shape corporate strategy for regulatory resilience
- Mentor emerging talent through our FutureLeaders incubation program
- Present quarterly innovation briefings to the Board and executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership within tech/biotech sectors
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in forecasting technological convergence points (AI/IoT/quantum/biotech)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent tier
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in emerging tech foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
