You'll collaborate with R&D, engineering, and commercial teams to transform speculative concepts into market-ready innovations.
Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for emerging market opportunities
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technology adoption curves
- Prototype and validate next-gen product concepts with agile methodologies
- Present strategic insights to C-suite stakeholders and investment partners
- Build and maintain external networks with academic and industry pioneers
- Quantify market potential for pre-2026 emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futures research
- Proven experience with technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in business, engineering, or futures studies preferred
- Portfolio of executed innovation projects with measurable impact
- Strong data visualization and presentation skills
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPS) a plus
