Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive innovation strategies targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with $10M+ annual budgets
- Establish and nurture C-level partnerships with Fortune 500 tech leaders
- Present strategic roadmaps to board members and investors quarterly
- Build and lead a 15-person innovation lab with diverse technical expertise
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting future tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with 5+ in tech innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep understanding of Web3, AGI, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Experience managing cross-continental innovation teams
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (H-index > 15)
- Fluency in English and Mandarin/Spanish preferred
