Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with startups, academia, and industry leaders
- Analyze emerging market shifts and regulatory impacts on future business models
- Present innovation frameworks to investors and board members securing $50M+ budgets
- Mentor talent in future-proof methodologies and exponential thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or product development with 5+ years in future-tech
- Proven track record launching solutions in at least two emerging domains (e.g., Web3, AGI)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Expertise in scenario planning and technological forecasting frameworks
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CMI, PDMA) preferred
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI platforms
- Published thought leadership in future-tech journals or major industry forums
