Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026-2030 technology innovation framework
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in emerging tech domains
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive market opportunities
- Design scalable innovation pipelines with measurable ROI
- Partner with C-suite on M&A strategy for technology acquisitions
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Leaders program
- Present strategic roadmaps to Board and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, climate tech
- Strong financial modeling for tech innovation portfolios
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent
- Experience scaling innovation teams from 5 to 50+
