Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligning with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and disruptors
- Translate complex R&D outputs into scalable business models
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and venture capital partners
- Drive sustainability and ethical tech integration in all initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or emerging tech product development
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies to market
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning abilities
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and lean startup methodologies
- Strong financial modeling and ROI analysis skills for R&D investments
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
