Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to identify future market opportunities and disruptors
- Research and synthesize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) into actionable business strategies
- Design and implement human-centered innovation frameworks that bridge technological capabilities and societal needs
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive briefings
- Build and lead a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Monitor global innovation trends and regulatory shifts to advise clients on future-proofing their organizations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Technology Forecasting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR) and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience translating complex insights into executive action plans
- Certification in Futures Thinking, Strategic Foresight, or Innovation Management (e.g., CFTE, CPSO)
- Experience leading high-stakes client engagements with $1M+ budgets
- Deep understanding of global megatrends (demographic shifts, climate resilience, digital sovereignty)
- Portfolio of published future-oriented strategies or thought leadership pieces
