Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Bioengineering, or Futurism (or equivalent breakthrough portfolio)

- Expertise in quantum algorithms and synthetic biology
- Track record of securing $20M+ in innovation funding
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Python
