Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026-2030 innovation roadmap, aligning with corporate vision and market trends
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Develop commercialization strategies for breakthrough concepts in quantum computing and AI
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prototype and validate future solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage a $10M innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI tracking
- Build and mentor a cross-functional team of futurists and technologists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology consulting
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $50M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience managing high-stakes innovation portfolios and cross-functional teams
