Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-era tech roadmaps
- Identify and validate emerging tech opportunities (quantum, neuromorphic computing)
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation grants and partnerships
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and investors
- Drive patent portfolio development (15+ filings/year)
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering
- Proven success scaling innovations to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in at least 3 of: quantum ML, neuromorphic systems, bio-AI
- Track record of securing federal/state innovation grants
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
