Responsibilities
- Design and implement the 2026 technology roadmap for quantum-AI convergence systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping human-centric tech experiences
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, etc.)
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for sustainable tech ecosystems
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation with business objectives
- Present strategic blueprints to venture capital partners and government agencies
- Mentor junior researchers in next-gen development methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in emerging technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of shipping quantum/AI-integrated products
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or biometric interfaces
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Strong portfolio demonstrating scalable tech architecture designs
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow/Keras, and quantum programming languages
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
