Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership, with 5+ in tech disruption
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR) and regulatory landscapes
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
