Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026-era product development initiatives
- Direct cross-functional teams in AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence for emerging tech trends
- Drive innovation sprints with 5+ concurrent R&D projects
- Collaborate with C-suite on long-term technology roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record launching market-defining products
- Expertise in at least two of: AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ professionals
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies
