Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)

- Proven track record in developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, sustainable tech)

- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets and managing cross-functional teams
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology strategy (patents, journals)
- Certification in Innovation Management or Futures Studies (e.g., CFIP)
