Responsibilities

- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and disruptive trends
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for future market conditions and competitive landscapes
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track innovation portfolio performance

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
